Shipping

How long does delivery take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. US/Canada: 7–15 business days. Europe: 10–20 business days. Rest of world: 7–20 business days. Tracking sent by email after dispatch.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide via CJ Dropshipping with full tracking.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Use it on our carrier's website to follow your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Contact us at our Contact page to initiate a return.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

We're sorry! Please contact us immediately with a photo of the item and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.

Is my payment information secure?

Absolutely. All transactions are encrypted and processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We never store your card details.

Orders

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can be cancelled or modified within 12 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in processing. Contact us as soon as possible.

I haven't received a confirmation email — what should I do?

Check your spam/junk folder. If it's not there, contact us and we'll resend it.
