Refund policy

Return Window: We accept return requests within 30days of the delivery date.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items: The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Opened beauty or personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Damaged items due to misuse

How to Request a Return: Email us at support@shoptrendora24.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with instructions.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will resolve it promptly at no extra cost.
