Returns

We accept returns within 14days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including items on sale, gift cards, and items that have been used or damaged after delivery.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@shoptrendora24.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
